Born in 1994, Attorney Scalise is a life-long resident of West Hartford, CT, where he was raised in an Italian-American household with his four siblings. Conor is proudly a product of the Connecticut public school system. He attended West Hartford Public Schools from elementary school through his graduation at William H. Hall High School in 2012. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Western Connecticut State University, and then attended the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford, CT. 

Conor remains active in his community largely through coaching youth soccer, including positions as a Volunteer Head Coach for Hartford Soccer Club’s U-10 Boys’ team, Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Varsity Boys’ Soccer program at the CREC Academy of Science and Innovation, and, most recently, Head Freshman Boys’ Soccer Coach at his alma mater, Hall High School.
